It&#8217;s replacement, the\u00a0<strong>DX B Ironless Linear Motors<\/strong>\u00a0has slightly different motor coil dimensions, with the advantage of a longer effective stroke. The magnet track dimensions and mounting holes remain the same.<\/p>\n<p>The diagram below illustrates the differences between the DX A and DX B motor coils. Complete specifications of the DX B Series Ironless Linear Motors are available at\u00a0<a href=\"\/product-category\/precision-robotics\/direct-drive\/ironless-dx-ex\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.pbasystems.com.cn<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pbasystems.com.cn\/newsletter\/august2013\/dx-a-vs-dx-b.jpg\" alt=\"DX A vs DX B Series\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Case Studies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coater\/Laminating Machine for Touch Panel<\/p>\n<p>The coater machine functions include: dispensing a seal frame, coating glue, precise bonding and solidification.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, dispensing the seal frame comes first, which is a time-consuming step, then followed by the coating glue. However, this machine combines two dispensers and one coater, so it can process two materials at the same time and reduce the dispensing time.<\/p>\n<p>The dispenser part has two axes (X and Y), and the coater part has one axis (X), all using PBA Systems\u00a0<strong>DX B Ironless Linear Motors<\/strong>. The two X-axes were combined into one long X-axis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Two Dispensers<br \/>\n<\/strong>X-axis: DX30B-C3S<br \/>\nY-axis: DX30B-C2S<strong>One Coater<\/strong><br \/>\nX-axis: DX30B-C4S<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pbasystems.com.cn\/newsletter\/august2013\/touch-panel.jpg\" alt=\"Touch Panel\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Laser Cutting Machine<\/p>\n<p>This machine is used for cutting metal plates. Depending on the customers&#8217; requirements, this machine can be used to cut different patterns.<\/p>\n<p>This machine requires high repeatability, high accuracy, and high acceleration motion profile with low velocity ripple.
